Weinzierl XIII B - Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Blick über Krems - Top 80

In the Krems city district of Weinzierl the non-profit housing association GEDESAG built the residential project Bernhardigasse (project name: Weinzierl XIII B) with a total of 80 apartments. All apartments are allocated for ownership, partly subsidized, partly self-financed. Contemporary requirements such as an energy-optimized construction method and accessibility (in accordance with the Lower Austrian housing subsidy) were at the forefront during the planning, design and construction of the project. Thus the Bernhardigasse property becomes a modern home in one of Austria's most livable cities.

Two underground garage levels with a total of 122 car parking spaces provide ample parking space for all residents. Depending on size and location of the apartment, one or two parking spaces can be acquired here. Furthermore, in the basement levels are the respective storage compartments, a drying room, a bicycle storage room as well as the required technical and ancillary rooms.
