In the Krems district of Weinzierl, the non-profit housing association GEDESAG constructed the residential project Bernhardigasse (project name: Weinzierl XIII B) with a total of 80 apartments. All apartments are allocated as owner-occupied, partly subsidized, partly privately financed. Contemporary requirements such as energy-efficient construction and accessibility (in accordance with the Lower Austrian housing promotion) were at the forefront during project planning, design and construction of the development. Thus the Bernhardigasse property becomes a modern home in one of the most livable cities in Austria.

Two underground garage levels with a total of 122 car parking spaces provide ample parking for all residents. Depending on the size and location of the apartment, one or two parking spaces can be purchased here.
