The friendly 4-room apartment Top 04 is located on the upper floor of House 75e and convinces with an intelligent floor plan. The open, bright living kitchen faces south and leads to the large terrace. One bedroom also offers access to the terrace. The two other bedrooms or studies face east. Bathroom and WC are separate; a large storage room offers practical storage space. The apartment features high-quality parquet flooring and fine stone tiles in the bathroom/WC. Underfloor heating provides a pleasant climate in winter. On hot summer days, an external, electrically controlled sunshade and room temperature control via the underfloor heating counteract heat (cooling by 2-3 degrees using a heat pump system, without fossil fuels).
