Planned measures
According to the property management's 2026 forecast, the planned works include repainting the stairwell (following the already completed replacement of the electrical risers), renovating the gable and roof overhang, modernizing the elevator including a new cabin, and replacing the water pipes in the building at Dr. Edergasse 1. Based on the current position, the work is to be financed from the reserves.
