New build apartment barrier free with underfloor heating

At Mitschastraße 26, fifteen high-quality, barrier-free apartments have been created in a modern solid construction. On a site of approximately 1.376 m² a residential building with three floors (EG, 1. OG, DG) was erected.

The apartments offer 18–76 m² of usable living space and, depending on the unit, have a balcony, terrace, living terrace or private garden. Each apartment has its own cellar compartment. A total of 24 car parking spaces as well as a children's playground are available in the landscaped outdoor area.
