As part of the new construction housing project "STADTLEBEN Vösendorf" adjacent to Vienna and the SCS Shoppingcity, modern residential buildings with 53 publicly financed owner-occupied apartments are being built. The facades of the buildings are designed modern and give the entire complex a special flair. The project combines contemporary living comfort with state-of-the-art equipment.

Load-bearing exterior walls will, where statically possible, be built in brick construction. The flat roofs will be largely greened. A photovoltaic system on the roof contributes to sustainability by delivering part of the electricity needed for common areas. For children there is a playground in the project courtyard with various play equipment. In the interior and exterior areas bicycle storage facilities will be installed. The building also contains closed spaces for strollers. The entrance portals will be equipped with intercom systems, which with video function can be upgraded on special request. Generous and bright general staircases ensure a friendly atmosphere from the start. The stairs share a common basement, which you can reach from your apartment conveniently and dry by elevator. Here there are spacious basement compartments with sockets as well as 64 underground garage parking spaces. In the outdoor area there are also 16 additional outdoor parking spaces.

Per dwelling unit, a parking space in the in-house underground garage must be purchased for € 24.890,- in addition. Additional underground garage spaces can be purchased depending on availability. In addition, there are outdoor parking spaces for € 4.200,- each for sale.

Electric charging stations can be implemented on special request or – thanks to E-Leerverrohrungen – can also be retrofitted later.

The apartments | Feel-good all around

The modernly finished apartments range in size from about 35 to 86 m² and have two to four rooms. Each unit is also equipped with a generous outdoor area – balcony, terrace and/or private garden. For a complete sense of well-being you can also expect among other things real wood parquet floors, brand-name sanitary products and ceramics, underfloor heating and a manually operated, exterior sun protection on various windows and patio doors.
