As part of the new residential project "STADTLEBEN Vösendorf" adjacent to Vienna and the SCS Shoppingcity, modern residential buildings with 53 freely financed owner-occupied apartments are being built. The façades of the buildings are modern designed and give the entire complex a special flair. The project combines contemporary living comfort with mordernster equipment.

Load-bearing exterior walls will, where structurally possible, be erected in brick construction. The flat roofs will be largely greened. A photovoltaic system on the roof will contribute to sustainability by supplying a portion of the electricity for common areas. For children there is a playground with various play equipment in the inner courtyard of the project. In the interior and exterior areas bicycle parking spaces will be installed. The building also contains closed spaces for prams. The entrance portals will be equipped with intercom systems that can be upgraded with video function on special request. Generous and bright common staircases provide a friendly atmosphere from the start. The stairs share a common basement level that you reach from your apartment conveniently and dry by elevator. Here there are generous basement storage rooms with sockets as well as 64 underground garage parking spaces. In the outdoors there are a further 16 outdoor parking spaces.

For each dwelling, a car parking space in the in-house underground garage must be purchased for an additional € 24.890. Further underground garage parking spaces can be purchased depending on availability. Additionally, outdoor parking spaces are for sale at € 4.200 each.

Electric charging stations can be implemented on special request or – thanks to E-empty conduits – can also be retrofitted later.

The apartments | All-around well-being

The modern designed apartments are between roughly 35 and 86 m² in size and have two to four rooms. Each unit is also equipped with a generous outdoor space – balcony, terrace and/or own garden. To ensure all-around well-being you can expect, among other things, real wood parquet floors, branded sanitary products and ceramics, underfloor heating and a manually operated exterior sun protection on various windows and patio doors.
