The apartments convince with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality fittings. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Through the staggered arrangement, between the buildings spacious, greened open spaces are created, serving as recreational areas and promoting neighborly togetherness. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are especially sturdy, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large window areas ensure bright, well-lit rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a natural living feeling. Lamellas made of larch wood provide an optical structuring of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. Through the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are spacious, green open spaces that serve as recreational space and promote neighborly togetherness. Directly beside the residential complex, a roughly 1.500 m² playground will be created.
