The apartments convince with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality equipment. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Due to the staggered arrangement, there are spacious, greened open spaces between the buildings that serve as a recreation area and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and offer a cozy room climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large windows provide light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a close-to-nature living feel. Larch wood slats provide optical segmentation of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. Due to the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are expansive, greened open spaces that serve as recreation areas and foster neighborly interaction. Directly next to the residential complex, there is a roughly 1.500 m² playground.

Completion of Building C is in spring 2026.
