The apartments convince with modern, centrally walk-through floor plans and high-quality fittings. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Through the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are spacious, landscaped open spaces that serve as recreation areas and foster a neighborly community. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and offer a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large window surfaces ensure bright, well-lit rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living feel. Larch wood slats provide an optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected outdoor area. Through the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are spacious, landscaped open spaces that serve as recreation areas and encourage neighborly interaction. Directly beside the residential complex, there will be a playground of around 1,500 m².

Completion of Building Component C is in spring 2026.
