Due to the staggered arrangement, between the building volumes there are expansive, greened outdoor spaces that serve as a recreation area and foster neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large window surfaces ensure light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a naturnah living feeling. Lamellae made of larch wood provide an optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors.
