The apartments convince with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality equipment. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Through the offset arrangement, between the buildings there are expansive, greened open spaces that serve as recreation areas and foster neighborly togetherness. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as own garden or balcony. Large window areas ensure well-lit rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a natural living feel. Larch wood slats provide an optical delineation of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors.
