Live, create and open up new possibilities

A property in need of renovation in a central location!

In the center of Mitterdorf, in the market town of St. Barbara im Mürztal, this property is located with its distinctive buildings and special charm.

The building is currently unoccupied and uninhabitable!

Accordingly, a comprehensive assessment of the existing property and the necessary renovation or development concept is required.

Note regarding the energy performance certificate:

The building offered for sale currently has no heating or

cooling system and is neither heated nor cooled. The indoor climate is

therefore not currently regulated using energy.

As, due to the building’s current condition

and the lack of energy-based climate control, there is no legal

obligation to provide an energy performance certificate for this building, the seller

will not provide one.

We would be very happy to send you our comprehensive sales documentation.
