This unit, currently configured as a spacious penthouse apartment, is to be divided into two separate residential units as part of a renovation. Different execution variants are available for the apartment in question, with a planned living area of approx. 80 m².

In variant 2, the lower level comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living and dining area, a large bedroom, a bathroom, a separate WC and a storage room. A staircase leads to the gallery area, which can be used flexibly as additional living space. From there, there is access to the roof terrace.

The operating costs and the reserve fund were calculated on the basis of a living area of 80 m². As the existing penthouse apartment has not yet been divided and the renovation has not yet been carried out, the stated areas and the resulting costs may vary depending on the final execution.
