The historic Gründerzeitvilla was erected at the beginning of the last century as a hotel. It is located, slightly elevated, directly on the Traun, only a stone's throw from Bad Aussee train station. The breathtaking view of the calmly flowing river with surrounding mountain panorama creates a cozy living feeling in a historic ambience. The picturesque town center of Bad Aussee can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Currently six modernly designed apartments are being created in the historic ambience of a lavishly renovated Gründerzeitvilla. All apartments are between 64 and 75 m² and feature generously laid-out floor plans with three rooms each. On the ground floor, the private gardens with access to the river invite you to linger. The airy apartments on the upper floors all have one to two balconies.

Individuality, well-being and an inviting atmosphere are of the highest value, especially when one's own home becomes the center of life. Thanks to optimally thought-out, light-flooded architecture, the villa becomes a home, i.e. a place of well-being, embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Styrian Salzkammergut. The well-considered living concept is of course barrier-free and adaptable to the needs of the elderly.

Bad Aussee is a so-called Vorbehaltsgebiet. The establishment of a second residence is only very restrictedly possible.

On the second upper floor of the Gründerzeitvilla is the approximately 70.5 m² apartment. This can optionally be laid out as a two- or three-room apartment. It impresses with a light-flooded, spacious living area, a nice bedroom, a cozy kitchen, as well as a bathroom with separate WC. On the approximately 6.5 m² large balcony, the day can wonderfully come to an end.

The apartment can, depending on desire, be executed as a 2- or 3-room apartment.
