This is our new construction project “Glungezerblick” in der Dorfstraße in Mils. The residential complex with a total of 17 residential units ranging in size from approximately 50 m² to 95 m² is divided into two sculptural and ideally south-facing buildings. The generous design of the terraces and gardens gives the respective residential units particularly much living space in the outdoor area. Of course, the units have a sufficient number of parking spaces for vehicles as well as extensive common areas and rooms. If you still have a need for space, you will also find additional private storage rooms in our new construction project. It is nice if you feel at home here right away.

The residential complex was completed in the first quarter of 2025.

The location

Once a small village, today a stately municipality: Those who value a particularly sunny location and excellent infrastructure will find their new home in Mils. Only about 12 kilometers separate Mils from Innsbruck. And nature is within reach. In the southern part of the village center on about 2,120 m² of building ground our new build project “Glungezerblick” is being developed. Within a few minutes' walk you reach the nearby town center of Mils. There you will find all important facilities of daily needs, such as primary school, kindergarten, bank, doctor, pharmacy, post and gastronomy, groceries and bus stops. Even a walk to Hall in Tirol’s old town via Weißenbachsteig takes only about 15-20 minutes. For sports enthusiasts, Mils offers a wonderful sports facility with a football field, tennis court, ice skating, beach volleyball court, gastronomy and other facilities. Nature lovers also get their money’s worth. The Milserwald is a charming nearby recreation area, and north of Mils you reach the beautiful Halltal for extensive hikes or bike tours.
