Am Kirchplatz New construction project in Wattens Center

Here, in a very central location of Wattens, Kirchplatz - according to the current planning status, a total of 29 units - 9 commercial/office/practice spaces as well as 1-5 room apartments in first occupancy for sale, or for rent.

The project "Am Kirchplatz" was tendered in the course of an architectural competition and is now moving into implementation.

The plans shown here are subject to the approved submission planning and may, if applicable, still differ slightly.

Object description:

The project is conceived as a multifunctional building with a variety of contents:

• Residential

In the basement there is the underground garage:

• District heating network Wattens - possibly groundwater drilling for cooling in summer.

Please note that operating costs are initially only rough estimates and, of course, also strongly depend on the use of cooling/heating!

Sustainable usage:

• on the roof a photovoltaic system will be installed. The produced electricity will then, depending on availability, be available to the building at a reduced cost.

For the apartments planned here, the developer pays particular attention to ensuring that, in addition to the high-quality floors (porcelain stoneware, country house planks), the bathroom fittings (glass shower screen, washbasin with storage cabinet and LED mirror cabinet) are also provided from the outset, and that the shading by electric roller shutters or screens is also provided by him and already included in the stated purchase price.

All residential units will be equipped with a controlled ventilation for living spaces with heat recovery.

The 1- to 5-room apartments impress with their open and clear floor plan. Each apartment also has its own basement storage room as well as its own car parking space in the in-house underground garage. This is not included in the stated purchase price and will be charged, depending on location, at 37.000,-- or 40.000,- Euro.

At the current time, the potential buyer can still influence the floor plan design to some extent.
