Here, in a very central location in Wattens, Kirchplatz, a total of 29 units according to the current planning status — 9 commercial/office/practice spaces as well as 1-5 room apartments in first occupancy for sale or for rent.

The project "Am Kirchplatz" was announced in the course of an architectural competition and is now moving into implementation.

Project description:

The project is conceived as a multifunctional building with a variety of contents:

In the basement is the underground garage:

Sustainable use:

• on the roof a photovoltaic system will be installed. The produced electricity is then, depending on availability, available to the building at a discounted rate.

For the planned apartments, the developer places particular emphasis on not only high-quality floors (porcelain stoneware, country house plank) but also that from the outset the bathroom fittings (glass shower wall, washbasin with vanity and LED mirror cabinet) and shading by electric roller shutters or screens are provided by him and are already included in the stated purchase price.

All residential units will be equipped with a controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery.

The 1- to 5-room apartments impress with their open and clear floor plan design. Each apartment also has its own basement storage and its own parking space in the in-house underground garage.
