Fieberbrunn is the largest town in the Pillersee Valley. The market municipality of Fieberbrunn lies in the valley of the Fieberbrunner Ache between the Kitzbüheler Alps in the south and the western foothills of the Leoganger Steinberge. The good social infrastructure with shops for daily needs, kindergarten, school and doctors makes Fieberbrunn a sought-after place to live. The Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn comprises a total of 270 kilometres of pistes. The ski area is particularly known for its freeride offering. Besides skiing there is a 27-kilometre long network of cross-country trails.
