Energy-efficient apartment with terrace and smart home

The modern building was constructed according to climate-active criteria. Space heating and hot water supply are provided via geothermal energy; a photovoltaic system for electricity generation was installed on the roof. In addition, gentle underfloor cooling is provided.

The Adler Lodge is very high-quality equipped and features a modern BUS-/Smart-Home system from the brand Busch-Jäger. This system allows flexible control of lighting, shading as well as heating/ventilation and offers remote access via smartphone, tablet or PC. Cable and fiber optic connections are available for IT and TV.

On five floors there are 15 apartments as well as a large penthouse, all completely and luxuriously furnished by House of Interior Aufschnaiter. Old wood elements are combined with custom-made built-in furniture, modern seating areas, oak plank flooring as well as high-quality stone and fitting applications in bathrooms and kitchens; the kitchens are equipped with modern appliances. Windows and terrace doors receive electrically operated external blinds for shading.

The stated prices include complete furnishings — the apartments are therefore ready for occupancy. Excluded are the ground floor apartments Top 2 and Top 3; these are only equipped with bathroom furniture and otherwise handed over unfurnished.
