Maisonette apartment in center with mountain views and outdoor space

With the "Söllvida Residences" at this sunny place, a magnificent project with 46 apartments in a modern rural style was built in 2023. The view of the surrounding mountain world is enchanting. The town center of Söll, with all its cozy restaurants, charming shops and excellent infrastructure, can easily be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartments are not only perfect for owner-occupancy but also as an investment for long-term rental!

Construction and fittings were carried out with high-quality materials and by craftsmen from local businesses. Latest technology is, of course, standard; heating is provided by the energy-efficient district heating of the municipality of Söll.
