In the middle of 2025 – in the middle of life – it is finally time again and Hentschläger Immobilien can begin the construction of a new attractive owner-occupied residential project. 13 "livable" condominiums with housing subsidy possibility in Optimalenergie will be built in Bahnhofstraße 5 in the center of Pregarten, in a quiet sunny location.

The apartments all have sunny-oriented outdoor spaces in the form of terraces on the ground floor and balconies and terraces on the upper floors as well as private gardens on the ground floor.

In the on-site underground garage there are enough car parking spaces as well as a covered parking space in the entrance area of the underground garage and 3 separate single garages.

Accordingly, in the price list the total purchase prices in advance are listed only for the turnkey apartment including 1 basement storage space for the total usable area. The purchase prices of the car parking spaces can be added as desired, and the acquisition of multiple spaces is also possible. The purchase is offered both with private financing and with WBF loans.

The completion is planned for spring 2027. On the large construction site at Tragweiner Straße, corner of Bahnhofstraße 7, in the shell, rental apartments are being built by the construction company Hentschläger on behalf of Neue Heimat. Various smaller site clearances and separations, including a new transformer from Linz AG, are being prepared here for incorporation into the public domain and for Neue Heimat.
