The new housing project in Holzhäuseln is located in an idyllic forest-edge setting and comprises four two-story buildings, each with only 6 to 8 residential units. Sufficient green spaces provide for a pleasant living environment.

For each apartment at least one underground parking space is available for € 16.000,– and is connected to a cellar room. Additionally, outdoor parking spaces are available for € 4.500,–.

Attractive location: In a few minutes on foot you reach the Traun with wonderful swimming and walking opportunities. Both the center of Ohlsdorf and the city of Gmunden are reachable within a few minutes by car.
