This apartment is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of a multi-party building constructed in 1963 and completely renovated in 2002.

Due to the northwest/southeast orientation, you have sun all day: in the bedroom and in the children's room in the morning and in the living room and in the kitchen in the afternoon and evening.

There are even loggias on both sides - so outdoors you can also choose between sun and shade! From the northwestern loggia you look out onto the Kriegerfriedhof Wegscheid, a green oasis with old tree population.
