A lot to experience and at the same time cozy moments there is in the romantic Advent and pre-Christmas season in Steyr. Strolling through the alleys and squares of the Steyr old town decorated with fairy lights and enjoying the Advent market. In the Steyr district Christkindl also the well-known “Christkindl Post Office,” which is open every year from the 1st Sunday of Advent until Epiphany and stamps all shipments with a special postmark. A unique keepsake and at the same time a beautiful tradition.
