The kitchen

Then off to the kitchen. Modern, tidy, with red fronts that add exactly as much color to the game as needed. Clear, but with enough space for a cosy little breakfast spot. Through the large windows there is much to look at – the view falls toward the street and the park. Morning light, daytime life, evening atmosphere.

A kitchen that stages nothing and for that reason works so well.

The second bedroom

Right next to the kitchen is the second bedroom. Practically placed – short distances and honest mornings. Big enough, quiet enough, also with a view of the park so that when you wake up you immediately know what's going on outside. A room that can take a lot and remains surprisingly composed.

The apartment presents itself overall very well maintained, but yes – a bit of fresh wind would certainly do it good. But the foundation is right, the location anyway.

And outside? Outside is Kaisermühlen.

You step outside the door and are in the midst of it. Pubs, places to eat, cafés – not polished, but real. Places where you linger even if you only wanted to pop in for a quick drink.

And then the Kaiserwasser, a few meters - really only a few. A jump into the water after work, a walk in the evening, summer without planning.

A place you will all be envious of - because being allowed to live here is not a status – but a happiness.
