By summer 2027, ARWAG will build a total of 97 freely financed apartments, some with a rent-to-buy option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, planned by the architecture firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed floor plans for various lifestyles – from the compact city apartment to the spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local supply facilities.
