The sustainable housing project in a quiet, green environment was completed in early 2023 and comprises a total of 27 modern and compact apartments with floor areas of 35 m² to 99 m². Each dwelling has private outdoor spaces such as balconies, loggias or gardens. In the rear part of the project there are also four spacious townhouses.

The project places great emphasis on ecological sustainability. In the planning phase, materials that are environmentally friendly and health-compatible were used. The installation of a brine/water heat pump meets the latest climate requirements and provides environmentally friendly heating and cooling.
