Location description:

The apartment is located on Bergsteiggasse in the 17th Viennese district. Daily necessities such as Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Interspar, pharmacy, Bipa, banks, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. Kutschkermarkt is about 900m away and the Hernals shopping center about 550m away. A variety of restaurants and venues are also in the immediate vicinity. Through the currently ongoing expansion of the subway network, the location of Bergsteiggasse will significantly benefit in the near future.

Two new access points of the expanded U5 line will be created in the immediate vicinity. By connecting U5 and U6 at Michelbeuern/AKH station (approx. 10 minutes on foot), the neighboring district of Währing will be better connected to public transport and linked to the city center. The new Elterleinplatz station (approx. 5 minutes on foot) will connect Hernals to the subway network and provide a fast connection to the city center. Both stations will significantly enhance the micro-location of Bergsteiggasse.

After completion of the works, the U5 line will run between 2032 and 2035 from the Hernals transport hub (S-45, tram line 43) to Karlsplatz station (U1, U4), creating a new attractive and fast office connection to the city center.
