The apartment is located on Bergsteiggasse in the 17th Vienna district. Daily needs stores such as Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Interspar, pharmacy, Bipa, bank, and more are within walking distance. Kutschkermarkt is about 900m away and the Hernals shopping center about 550m away. There are also various restaurants and eateries in the immediate vicinity. Info on the U5 expansion:

Because of the currently ongoing expansion of the subway network, the location of Bergsteiggasse will significantly benefit in the near future.

Two new access points of the extended U5 nearby will be created. By linking U5 and U6 at the Michelbeuern/AKH station (about 10 minutes on foot), the adjacent district of Währing will be better connected by public transport and linked to the city center. The new Elterleinplatz station (about 5 minutes on foot) will connect the Hernals district to the U-Bahn network and create a fast connection to the city center. Both stations will significantly enhance the micro-location of Bergsteiggasse.

The U5 line will, after completion, between 2032 and 2035 run from the Hernals transport hub (S-45, tram line 43) to Karlsplatz station (U1, U4) and thereby create a new attractive and fast office connection to the city center.
