In the most historic Alt-Nobel district of Vienna stands a groundbreaking residential project with three detached city villas. All apartments were designed with generous outdoor areas such as garden, terrace or balcony.

The apartments are accessible barrier-free via an elevator. Underfloor heating in all living rooms, electrically operated external shading and much more ensure an absolute feel-good living climate.
