Le Grand BECK is the subtle interplay of two eras. The noble elegance of a classical Gründerzeit villa meets the precise lines of modern architecture here and together create 9 residential units. Both buildings complement each other to form a harmonious structure.

The historic villa forms the centerpiece of the ensemble. Its clear articulation and the craftsmanship of the turn of the century radiate a timeless grandeur. The new building enters into a quiet dialogue with the historic fabric. It is designed to be restrained and clear. Climate and technology.

Heating is provided by geothermal probes – the most efficient and energy-saving heating technology. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant, even warmth in all rooms. Also, in all apartments all installations for the installation of an air conditioning system are already provided.
