Through the checkered arrangement of forward and back projections as well as floor-by-floor changing facade views, unique layouts are created that, depending on apartment size, offer several (garden) loggias or balconies. A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which serves as the "Green Center", loosening the architecture and creating meeting zones.
