Architecture with character

Designed by PLSA ZT Architects, on building site 14B emerges a true “cube of volume" for diverse work and living spaces, in conjunction with a high quality of outdoor spaces. Through the checkerboard arrangement of projections as well as floor-by-floor changing facade views, unique layouts arise that, depending on the size of the apartment, enable several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous floor-to-ceiling windows and green loggias bring a lot of light inside and make nature part of living.

A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which serves as the “Green Center", lightening the architecture and creating gathering zones.
