If you are planning a guest reception or a dinner party for a special occasion, a 16m2 catering kitchen is available on the 30th floor of the High Rise. It is equipped with kitchen appliances and can be booked for catering purposes easily via the online platform.

Guest Lounge

The guest lounge serves for celebrations and for cozy get-togethers. In the comfortable lounge with a living kitchen, bathroom, shower and toilet everything is available for well-being. A small fee applies for use.

Home Cinema

Home cinema, but in a proper cinema. The Home Cinema is equipped with a Dolby Surround system and has comfortable seating. It can be booked via the online platform subject to availability and is available to all residents for a fee.

Marina Mailbox

With the RenzBox you have your own mailbox. It makes receiving and sending parcels from home a breeze—whether you are present or not. The service is integrated into the DOT Home app. So you receive a notification when a delivery has been made.

Children's Playground

For your little ones, fun is guaranteed with two playgrounds. One is connected to the community terrace and the guest lounge. The other is also used by the kindergarten in Marina Tower.

Playroom

If a birthday is coming up but the weather won’t cooperate? No problem: simply book the community room via the online platform – and the birthday is saved. For use of the unfurnished room only a cleaning fee applies.

Wash Station

Dirty dog after a walk? Dirty bike after the ride? Then take it to the Wash Station. Here you can get everything sparkling clean in no time—without making the house or your own apartment dirty.

Marina App

DOT Home is an online platform for the residents of Marina Tower. In the foyer of Marina Tower there will be touch-screens that you can use to inform yourself and to book service offers. It can also be used as an app on mobile devices. Integrated are: Marina mailbox, Car- and Bike-Sharing and the booking of the community rooms.
