The project.

For sale is a raw attic currently in the submission process with an anticipated usable living area of around 669m² and around 118² terrace area in the Khekgasse/Welschgasse in 1230 Vienna. Under the condominium agreement, the consent of all owners to a loft expansion or an increase of the building by one storey has been granted, and the owners of the apartments sold so far have committed themselves to sign all submission plans and deeds for the loft expansion. The collection of all approvals is the responsibility of the purchaser of the raw attic spaces.

There are some obligations to which the purchaser of the raw attic spaces agrees at bid or purchase (e.g., commissioning expansion work by concessioned companies, adaptation of the utility lines if needed, installation of a passenger elevator, completion of builders' insurance, etc.).
