The project

In the characteristic turn-of-the-century apartment building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Viennese living experience for a limited time. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at Ray. From the outside, the ensemble impresses with its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it combines stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. The Ray enables original, urban stays that match the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers or world explorers.

The late historic residential and commercial building is being renovated to a high standard in consideration of its historically significant past and expanded by two attic floors and two courtyard blocks: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor spaces are created. The exclusive pre-war apartments in the existing stock are modernized and equipped with courtyard-facing exterior spaces. The apartments in the courtyard blocks and in the attic offer plenty of room for new things: open, bright living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
