are fully furnished apartments that are rented for a limited period. The apartments are fully equipped and intended for longer stays of several weeks to months. The advantages of a hotel should be combined with those of a home of one's own. In addition to the full furnishing of the apartment, concierge service, cleaning or laundry service are also offered.

An experienced operator, such as the numa Group, is an essential and important partner in the successful management of the apartments.

The project

In the characteristic historic townhouse in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Viennese living experience for a time. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at The RAY. From the outside the ensemble is distinguished by its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it unites stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. The RAY enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers or world explorers.

The late historic residential and commercial building is being thoroughly renovated with regard to its historically significant past and expanded by two attic levels and two courtyard blocks: in the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor spaces are created. The exclusive old-build apartments in the stock are modernized and equipped with inner courtyard-facing outdoor areas. The apartments in the courtyard blocks and in the attic offer plenty of space for new things: open, light-filled living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
