The open and dynamic floor plan as well as the interlocking of different levels ensure efficient use of the spaces and exciting spatial experiences.

The rooms are not conventionally arranged side by side, but stacked and offset from one another, following the principle of a "house within a house", achieving ceiling heights of up to 5 meters.

Inspired by the precise planning of yacht construction, this apartment is designed like a large, multifunctional hotel room: thanks to its adaptable design it can transform from an urban refuge into an inspiring workplace.
