Cancellation notice and rights of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts

The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded. The withdrawal declaration may be submitted using the provided withdrawal form, but is not subject to any particular form.
If the agent is to begin performing services before the end of this fourteen-day withdrawal period (e.g. sending detailed information, arranging a viewing appointment), the prospective buyer must expressly request this and thereby—if the contract is fully performed within this period—loses the right of withdrawal.

In this case, the brokerage agreement can no longer be revoked and forms the basis for a commission claim if a legal transaction is subsequently concluded concerning a business opportunity identified by the real estate agent.
