Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are oriented to the north toward Wientalstraße, the bright living room to the south toward the courtyard with parking. The interior central hall also provides access to the separate toilet and a storage room. The soundproof windows shield the apartment well from the daytime traffic passing by, and at night traffic is limited. All roofs of the residential complex were renewed in the year 2018.
