The owner(s) may also use the holiday apartment themselves in accordance with local regulations, during the period when the "Resort Gastauer" is open. Through the in-house administration (Gastauer Betriebs GmbH), the holiday apartments are professionally rented out and maintained, allowing the administration costs to be reduced to a minimum.

The "Resort Gastauer" is situated in a very central location. The ski lift (to Vorarlberg's second-largest ski area, "SILVRETTA MONTAFON") is a few minutes' walk away, and the wonderful hiking area around the Silvretta reservoir (2030/MH) is approximately 40 minutes by car. The central location also means that shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The "Resort Gastauer" offers holiday guests attractive leisure opportunities. A sauna, a fireplace room and two recreational rooms (table tennis, billiards, table football...) are available all year round. Summer holidaymakers have access to a heated swimming pool, a barbecue area, a Botscha Bahn and outdoor table tennis.

The purchase price is exclusive of 20% VAT, as the holiday apartment is used commercially.
