Massive exterior walls, ceilings and the roof structure made of reinforced concrete form the structural framework of the houses and, thanks to their high thermal mass, ensure a balanced and comfortable indoor climate all year round. The plastering of the mineral-insulated exterior walls plays an essential role in the design of the building volumes. In light earth tones and differentiated plaster textures, the base areas and window surrounds are finished in a polished smooth plaster. The remaining wall surfaces are executed in a finely textured top plaster. Deeply recessed window parapets (approx. 60 cm) ensure good lighting and attractive outdoor references. The striking pitched roofs are covered with standing-seam sheet metal roofing.
