Apartment- u. Gasthaus Schendlingerstraße 32 Bregenz

In close coordination with the city of Bregenz and a jointly announced architectural competition, two high-quality, architecturally appealing buildings are being created. A garage with all ancillary rooms connects these structures underground. The buildings are positioned twisted relative to one another, thereby creating a guest garden and courtyard area. The apartment building will have on the ground floor a laundromat and a generous common room. In the six upper floors, a total of 48 individual apartments are created.

The apartment building will be built in solid construction with a hung metal facade and will have a flat roof with photovoltaic modules. The guest house will be built in timber construction and will have a pitched roof. Photovoltaic modules are also planned here.
