Additionally, you can use your apartment by arrangement up to six weeks per year for your own vacation.
Optionally, 41 private underground parking spaces and 10 carport spaces are available for purchase exclusively for the apartment owners. The costs are EUR 43,000 for an underground parking space and EUR 25,000 for a carport.
