The apartment is classified as an investor apartment with private use, a rental property with 6 weeks private use per year. The rental and care of your property are handled by an experienced operator (Buy & Let Serviced Apartments), and you receive an appropriate return on the use of your property. Additionally, you can use your apartment by arrangement up to six weeks per year for your own vacation.

Optional, 41 private underground parking spaces and 10 carport spaces are available exclusively for apartment owners to purchase. The costs are EUR 43,000 for an underground parking space and EUR 25,000 for a carport.

The VAT of 20% of the purchase price can be recovered from the tax office.

The ancillary costs include:

  • Real estate transfer tax: 3,5% of the gross selling price
  • Land registry entry: 1,1% of the gross selling price
  • Contract preparation costs and trusteeship: 1% of the gross selling price plus outlays and authentication costs
