Important information about the plot and its use

The mobile home is located on a leased plot. Joining the existing lease agreement or concluding a new lease agreement requires the prior written consent of the existing landlord.

The plot is connected to the electricity, water and sewerage supply. Due to the season, the water supply is expected to be shut off at the end of October and resumed around the end of March.

According to the existing lease agreement, the leased plot may be used exclusively for private leisure and recreational purposes from 1 April to 30 September. Year-round residential use and commercial use are not permitted.
