LEASE CONDITIONS
The lease agreement is concluded for a duration of 10 years and ends thereafter, without need for termination.
The user fee (lease) for the first year is € 13.108,40 + 10 % VAT = € 14.419,24. In the following years you pay the uniform annual lease of € 2.909,88 + 10 % VAT = € 3.200,87€.
The contract establishment costs including 20% VAT amount to € 405.71.
Furthermore there is a one-time contract fee of € 437,61.
A security deposit of € 9.602,60 is to be paid upon signing the contract. It will be refunded when leaving the leisure park Römersee.
This amount can be paid in installments of € 600,00 / year using a special security deposit agreement and SEPA direct debit.
