Location, Location, Location The criteria for a valuable property

The farmstead located on one of the most beautiful spots above Reichenaus was formerly the Alpine guesthouse Hecher, known for its beautiful view. Since 2007 the agricultural estate has been operated as an educational and seminar house. In the summer months, self-produced dishes and beverages are offered at the Most tavern at the farmhouse. The farm's associated estate with a total area of 22 ha has since been managed biologically and used. The roughly 8.5 ha large pastures and agricultural areas were used for rearing animals that were processed at the farm and offered for sale. Grünsting is a small hamlet above Reichenaus. From the public road a private road about 500 m long leads to the residential and farm buildings. The houses lie in the midst of the estate on an 8 ha clearing, surrounded and protected by forest. The official land-use plan of the municipality of Reichenau designates the buildings labeled with the address Grünsting 1 as “erhaltenswerte Gebäude im Grünland.”

The buildings are primarily designed for economic use as a guesthouse and farm, worn and in need of renovation. For modern residential use, extensive construction measures, possibly including a new building, must be planned!
