The roughly 50 km long section from Krems to Tulln runs directly through Langenschönbichl and thus ensures good occupancy of the rooms by cyclists.

The house is heated with a modern and energy-efficient geothermal heat pump.

Public transport: Bus lines 641/1054 run and bring you in about 20 minutes to the station in Tulln, from where you can in about 20 minutes take the Franz-Josef-Bahn to Vienna (Vienna Heiligenstadt with U‑bahn connection, various rapid trains). The Tullnerfeld station is also only a few minutes by car away. From there you reach the Westbahn line in about 15 minutes to Vienna as well as to St. Pölten.

The single-family house:

The residence with a living usable area of about 150 m² is located directly next to the pension, which makes "living and working" very easy, without arduous travel times or annoying commuting.

It was completed around 2017, the property borders to the south on expansive fields, which provides plenty of light and privacy.

In the basement you reach, via a practical windfang, where the access to the cellar is located, the spacious foyer with a WC. Through a wide, double glass sliding door you enter the bright and large living-dining room with open kitchen and adjacent pantry. From the living room the large conservatory is accessible. From there you reach the small garden via steps. Kitchen, entrance area, WC and pantry are tiled, the rest of the living area is laid with solid wood parquet.
